Records to add to Gabel Cemetery?

This cemetery is along side the road with a concrete 4 ft. wall all around it. There is only the 3 graves in this grave yard. Someone does place flowers on these graves every year. To locate this cemetery take Highway 63 south of Rolla, MO. to county road 7510 (on right) and then turn left on to county road 7520. The cemetery will be on your right and not easy to see even though it is between the fields fence and the road. I was there a couple weeks ago and someone has put up a Gabel Cem. sign.

The story in the family goes that the son Joseph Peter died at age 3 and the father was so upset he told a neighbor one day that if they heard a gun shot to come over and bury him. He did just that. He shot himself and fell into the grave he had dug. A year later the mother hung herself.

All 3 family members are buried next to each other.
