Records to add to Fremont Cemetery? -
Fremont Methodist Episcopal Church Cemetery submitted by
Acknowledgement: I want to thank Helen Allport for allowing the Fremont ME Church Cemetery to be listed on the web and a special thank you to Ann Marie Preston Patnaude who typed all the tombstone inscriptions.
Driving Directions: The easiet and most direct way to visit the cemetery is through the State of Maryland. From Maryland, go north on US Route 1 to Rising Sun, Maryland. Take a left onto Red Pump Road and follow it approximately 1.5 miles until you come in a "Y" in the road. Take the right "Y" which is Fremont Road. Approximately 3 miles on the right on Fremont Road is a small while church, Fremont ME Church and adjacent to the church is the cemetery. If driving from Pennsylvania, take US Route 1 south to Rising Sun, Maryland and take a right on Red Pump Road and follow the above directions.
