Acker - Reading, Pennsylvania Reading - Nov 18 - 1860 - (Sunday) My Dear Sister, Father and Mother arrived here yesterday Safe and in good health, they took dinner with us and supper at Uncle's and stayed over night with us - Tomorrow they intend going to see Uncle Samuel and make arrangements to settle up their business and when that is done they will return home. I am sorry to hear that you are not well, and hope to hear soon that you are better. Write as soon as you get this for we are all, and Mother is particularly anxious to hear how you are getting along. Direct your letter to me here at Reading for they will be here most of the time. My folks are all well, but I am sick yet. My folk all join me in sending t their respects to you and your husband. Your Brother J.W. Acker
